I greatly appreciate that the company clearly explains how they will ship an order, which can be very aggravating when placing orders to be shipped to Alaska. I am a newbie to reenactment. I purchased the canvas cowboy pants and they were delivered in 3 days. I discovered that I ordered the pants with too small on the waist size. I called customer service, returned the pants and the new one were shipped right away.
