I am a newbie to reenactment. I purchased the canvas cowboy pants and they were delivered in 3 days. I discovered that I ordered the pants with too small on the waist size. I called customer service, returned the pants and the new one were shipped right away.

I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric.
I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.
