Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. In this day and age customer service as good as historical emporium is few and far between. Thank you and keep up the great work !!!!

Awesome - Great - even for 4xl!!! Better than the price charged! I was worried that this was not going to fit - "after all one size fits all" rarely does fit the large ones - I am 4 xlt and it was GREAT!!! I am a monk and priest and I needed something that I cold wear in chilly and wet over my habit - It is so Good I am going to get the Tweed one for colder wear... So Good - and the cost cannot be beaten - and I am no AI - Facebook Five Loaves Food Pantry
