Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

Awesome - Great - even for 4xl!!! Better than the price charged! I was worried that this was not going to fit - "after all one size fits all" rarely does fit the large ones - I am 4 xlt and it was GREAT!!! I am a monk and priest and I needed something that I cold wear in chilly and wet over my habit - It is so Good I am going to get the Tweed one for colder wear... Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

Historical Emporium is one of 2 places I can find the western fashions I want. The products are top quality, albeit a tad on the pricey side. I found 2 of the Sinclair edwardian shirts on sale in Tombstone at $20 less, each, than at H.E. It would be nice to keep customers informed of clearance and sale prices.
