Everything we ordered came in excellent time - even the couple items that needed a little more time, but we were forewarned. Even these came earlier than expected. Service was great, the clothes looked right and fit well. We are very, very pleased. I adapted Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" as a Christmas Eve sermon at my church and it went over extremely well. Everyone loved the period costume. Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

I have been thoroughly impressed with everything that I have purchased from Historical Emporium! The one thing I ordered incorrectly, was quickly exchanged for the correct size. I have yet to purchase anything from Historical Emporium that was exactly as advertised and of great quality!

Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! Incredible service and would 1000% order from there again and recommend the site to others.
